I 25F feel like my life is changing since getting pregnant but my husbands 40M isn’t?

I’m 25F just feeling overwhelmed by the fact that my life is changing and is going to be changing even more once our baby arrives. My fiancee 40M has a new business that is about 2-3 hours out of town so when he goes out there for a few days that means I’m by myself at home. We just got a 6 month old puppy and I love him and I’m happy we got him but when I’m left alone it’s just a lot being 32 weeks pregnant needing to go out multiple times a day for walks or to the dog park especially early in the morning while also taking care of things around the house and myself and for when baby arrives. My fiance is a very social guy and he is a great partner but he often will just do what he wants - like go out to events, networking, to the bar, concerts, whatever. Being pregnant I’ve felt like I haven’t done anything fun like I used to for all these 7 months so it’s especially hard when it feels like my life has totally changed in many ways where as his life hasn’t really. It also doesn’t get taken into consideration if I’m even able to manage by myself. He just tells me his plans. I’m not saying he needs “permission” but even just asking me if that works for me would be nice because it limits what I’m able to do when I have to be home every few hours to take the pup out. He knows I don’t have many plans these days so I think it’s just assumed that I’m ok with staying home and how hard could it really be. It will be different once the baby is here and I will have to make it clear that I can’t be left for days at a time with the dog and baby by myself. I’m sure he knows that but maybe it won’t really hit him until it’s happening. I’m trying to just think positively that it’ll all work out and I’m sure it will, but also just feeling slightly frustrated if that’s even the right word.
