Moving Dots

Those three little dots,
Teasing me again,
I do it to myself,
I can’t force your hand.

Thoughts swirling,
All of them about you.
They demand answers,
Silence only looms.

Words found on pages,
Meaningless without you,
I read them over and over,
Hoping to find something new.

Silence so loud,
The mind races for answers,
But none will ever come,
At least until you view.

Two weeks, two years,
Time continues to flow.
Two weeks, two years,
Time left no sound.

Those three little dots,
Anchoring and anticipating,
I need to see you,
To see those dots moving.
