7oh Binding Affinity(And the Drawback)

I've been taking 7oh for over a year now, and I'm looking to taper off and switch back to my pain meds. Does anyone know how long it's going to take before my prescribed meds work again? I'm hoping to find users that have experience with this. I love 7oh, but it has its limits. I need more pain killing results.
