Side effect or something else?

I was on 2.5 for a month and went to 5 mg. I was not informed I could just stay on 2.5 if it was working well enough. I am quite sensitive to anything that reduces appetite ; and just medications generally. I used to be on ozempic years ago and had very successful weight loss without ever going to the max dose.

Anyways, I took my 5 mg dose on Tuesday night. The next day 0 hunger, not much side effects besides like constipation. Thursday the same, plus lots of fatigue, went for dinner with family. Friday started Sulfur burps, stomach felt off, and a bit of diarrhea and extreme fatigue

Today I woke up and I’ve been throwing up so much and going to the bathroom all day with diarrhea… like 7s. I can’t eat anything and the thought of food makes me disgusted. I don’t even know how there is this much to come out if I haven’t ate much.

Is this a mounjaro thing or something else? Does this happen to people on mounjaro to this extent

Also any advice how to take care of myself more today / tomorrow - besides water and electrolytes . I can’t even fathom eating. I’m freaked out as I need to present in front of 100 ppl on Monday and cannot be shitting my pants lol. 😭😭😭😭😭
