My job makes me miserable but i know how hard it is to find another one

Some Context: in december of 2025 I (F 24) had to start searching for a new job and after four long and hard and sad months of interviews and rejections, i finally got a job, a paid internship.

First red flag: it took them a month to get back to me after telling me i got the job and to give me a start date, but even bigger red flag was the fact that nobody bothered to tell me that my job was going to be in a different place and kind of store from what i had been told and interviewed for. I found out 3 days before my start date.

I looked past that and started my job, but now, after a month, its making me miserable already and there are a lot of problems i need advice on how to look past or even if.

There is only one person that has been working there constantly except for the family that runs the business, but they told me they had "lots of girls on their first weeks" (now i understand why all of them ran away), and none of them seem to want to even accept my presence there. They keep making things harder for me, criticizing me for things they do too, even worse sometimes and they just dump all the blame on me every day, its always on me if "they dont make sales", to one of them it looks like it physically hurts him if i even speak to him by his facial expressions.

Second red flag i have been noticing in these last few weeks: they wont tell me my shifts. I have to go and ask to the guy who runs the shop but sometimes i dont see him for days, so i have to text the woman who runs ANOTHER shop if she can ask him when im supposed to work because i have no way of contacting him.

Third red flag: im supposed to be paid next saturday, they still havent told me how, if its cash, electronically. Didnt mention it. I dont know how to bring up the topic without sounding unprofessional.

I just need some advice, on how to handle these situations and if genuinely this is worth it. What is keeping me from dropping it all is just that i already know how hard it is to find another job.
