The rng of fishing in this game is horrid. Giant pond loach is gonna be the death of me

Wake up early on a Saturday morning to work on my 100% completion of this beautiful game. Catching fish i need. Look up what the next fish is i need to catch and oh its the giant pond loach. Ok lets see where to catch it?! Ok apparantly only one spot in the game has this fish. 105 fish later and its now 5pm after leaving and coming back to it and im starting to think this elusive bastard was just taken out of the game accidentally...
