huntress hacking?

Hi I just wanted to know if a huntress I played against was hacking. I unfortunately have no clip but she threw her axe really fast (almost instantly and could spam throw). i don't know if there's an add-on for this, but she only had 1 perk. I confronted them at the end asking how they threw so fast and they replied "thats how it works, try it yourself" but when I've tried huntress, her throws reloads are quite slow.
