chest bigger from gaining weight after top surgery

hi everyone, I did my top surgery in 2021 and this year I gained 20kg after starting on new antipsychotics. Its obviously not like I have breasts again but its making me feel like I dont pass anymore and making me dysphoric sometimes. No one has misgendered me in years and my boyfriend doesnt seem to mind, he compliments my body as often as he did before I gained weight

my psychiatrist recently lowered my antipsychotics dose to half of what I was taking but I currently study vet medicine full time + internship so I dont have time or energy to go back to the gym consistently

I was wondering if anyone that has gained weight after top surgery has any advice or simply can relate, I never see this talked about in trans spaces
