[pc][2008-2012] help me find my childhood game that I’ve been looking for Years!!!

So i had a basic windows computer and there was a educational kinda game. Some of the parts of the game that I blurry remember is that i had to assemble a bicycle and there were atlas games as well and maybe maths game as well. There used to be a man who used to sit on hot hair balloon and gave instructions. The atlas game was drag and drop game. And also it was not a cd game.

Please, please help me find it ive been looking it for YEARS!

Also, I apologise for my English.😭
