Selling Stocks

I am trying to sell my SBUX stocks (from the employee stock plan) to invest in other stocks. I keep on running into the same issue. On the NetBenefits website when I select trade on my brokerage account it automatically brings me to a page saying I have SBUX RSU to accept. However, it tells me I need to create a brokerage account (which I already have) and when I try to use the prompts it gives me to make a new brokerage account or use an existing one, it just asks me to confirm personal info then brings me back to the page that tells me I need to create a brokerage account, and I’m stuck in a loop.

Curious if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it.
