Is there a mod to make Ashley less fat? [RE4 Remake]

In the original, she looks around 110-120lbs, but in the remake she looks a little overweight- around 150-160lbs according to my estimation. I don't find it attractive at all. I know games are supposed to be played with both hands but I find it distracting, it's like her kidnappers just fed her mcdonalds the entire time.
