Help me find my mom's cookbook from 90s-2000s
I'm trying to find my mom's old cookbook -- she passed away a few years ago and I'm no contact with my dad. I know these recipes came from a physical cookbook that she had, and she photocopied them so she could put them in her recipe binder with page protectors over it. I have no idea what the recipe book would have been, but I'm hoping to find more familiar recipes than the twenty or so I thought to grab after she passed away.
I remember there being a lot of substitution options so I feel like it was probably somewhat of an alternative diet cookbook, I.E. not betty crocker or reader's digest.
