Aiding the Enemy achievement randomly popped?

Has this happened to anyone else? I decided to redownload and start a new playthrough to get the achievement since it never popped for me in my main save (I want to finally 100% it). I then realized I could just start a NG+ of my main save instead, so I went back on it and.. it randomly gave me the achievement.
