Hi folks, I'm planning to move out around August or September 2026 (flexible) and I'm looking for someone to replace my spot in a 2B 2.5b shared townhouse located in Santa Clara / San Jose.

Some details about the room, unit, and amenities:

* 🏠 The townhouse is a 3-story 2B 2.5b unit.
   * 1️⃣ The first level comes with a garage (fit two cars, non-tandem), a laundry room (washer & dryer), and a spacious foyer that we use for storage.
   * 2️⃣ The second level has living room space, dining room (dining table), kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, kitchen island), half-bathroom.
   * 3️⃣ The third level is the two bedrooms.
* 🛏️ The room you'll be replacing has a size of \~150 square feet. The room comes with a private bathroom, a closet space, and hardwood flooring. The monthly rent is $1750.
* 👥 You'll share the living space with another person who lives in the master bedroom.
* 📅 We started the lease in February 2026, and it's a 1-year contract. The lease will end in January 2027.

As for the location:

* 🐈 Neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and located at a dead-end road – hardly any cars passing by. Bonus point if you like cats as there are dozens of cats roaming around all the time.
* 🗺️ Located very close to key places such as SCU (Santa Clara University, 15 min walk), Santa Clara Caltrain Station (15-20 min walk), SJC Airport (10-15-min drive), I-880 freeway, and Westfield/Santana Row (15 min drive).
* ⭐ I'd say this location is perfect for SCU students or people who need to live close to the Caltrain Station or SJC Airport.

Send me a message if you're interested! I'd be more than happy to spin up a quick call or share more videos/photos as needed.
