[Hopefully the right flair] Will I be able to transfer my old switch 1 data to a new switch 2 if my old switch is suffering?

To put in better detail, My switch one will blue screen every once and a while but its not as common as my screen Artifacting and Tearing, it still works sometimes but that happens whenever I try to play a game or update, it which I've done [It did freak out when that happened but it survived luckily] and I plan on getting a new switch to let my old switch finally be put to rest as its been through hell and back [Also I don't know if this matters but most of my games are on a game Card.
