Leavers In Every Match

I'm a returning player from a few years ago and I've noticed that recently it seems like there's a leaver in every match. I have to go through a minimum of 3 drafts just to find one where someone doesn't leave before picking, and then somewhere around 70-80% end up being either a remake or somebody leaves 10 minutes in and the game collapses. I don't remember it being nearly this bad before, did something change in the past few years?
