Vocals sound pitchy in studio monitors and not in headphones

I've encountered this issue before with different types of songs and have even had friends in music come over and say the same thing. Don't know if its my microphone (sm58), my studio monitors, or my voice. And I use pitcher for my vocals. Any help would be appreciated.
