I NEED HELP MTF

so how do i go about getting estrogen i have a free healthcare (medicade, iowa total care) and those don't cover estrogen so how do i switch to a new healthcare and which one should i switch to that's in iowa des moines, another thing is who should i call to make the appointment to get estrogen like planned parenthood or is there any better/easier places i also need tips and advice on what i should do first and how i do it
