Im struggling to get the OSC MS to work.

So, i wanted to finally get my schematics of the OSC and i mostly have it working, but the issue is i have no idea how to get the canon to fire. ive put in the right settings into the firing terminal and the Comms are working fine, i just cant figure out how to fire it and if im doing something wrong.
