I know I am not alone...

It has been 3 months for me.

Yesterday, I asked the HR person at work to please resend March/22 5506. I too have done the phone calls emailed any viable email that is not a bounceback. I had sent my 5506 03/22 in to the state electronically from the company I am currently working for, onJune 7th and that was one month prior to the official roll out of the new tulip program. The official roll out was the first week of July I believe. I have been dropped from 3 rosters of online worksources, because it appears that I do not have my certified nurse aid current.

Depending on where you land trying to verify employment one site possibly dads, indicates my certification is expired, the second online site, (use Chrome) TULIP website indicates my certification is expired but if you scroll to the right the date has been updated to June 7th of 25, which is correct, and should indicate current.
As of this writing I have not been able to sign up and log in to the new TULIP platform. I Use Chrome because I have been instructed to do so because it will not work with any other browser , well Ho ho it doesn't work on Chrome either I have tried to sign in with all of my information and the last button that you hit when you're done is dead, it doesn't work it doesn't go anywhere. This has made deep cuts into my ability to earn a living wage. The State of Texas and the Health and Human Services Commission are prohibiting your and my ability to engage in gainful employment. We have no other recourse the telephone number we are to call is now automated tto dirwct us ti the new TULIP program. We have no one to respond to our emails. Is short the front door is open to receive our notarized 5506, yet the backdoor is closed to properly processing our Certifications.

My next step has begun to contact people at the state. I have looked up the executive teams and organizational chart of the Health & Human Services commission. All of the players are there. LAGray
