How should i help out my friend w pcos?

Okay before i start i am a straight male, never have been on the side where somebody told me that they have pcos.

I mean i know what it is and all but recently one of my closest friends is going thru it and i want to help her out

She is already going to alot of chaos at her place, especially about her college and i want to make her feel less pain or suffer less idk how but yea
