Entrepreneurs and freelancers, what do you use for workflow automation besides agents? I'm looking for a non-invasive alternative to Claude Cowork.

Tasks being scrubbing data for market research and lead generation, organizing data into spreadsheets, drafting emails and texts, and sending me alerts.

No agents, no access to my files. I like Cowork but I do not need it and I don't trust myself to work with agents.
