Can you remove items/spells from the shortcut wheel?

Probably a stupid question i know but i cant figure it out. First playthrough so in the beginning i filled the wheel with garbage while figuring out the controls. im only using 2 spells and a bow now and would like to have those as the only things in my wheel. I know you can replace stuff but havent found anything for removing it.
