urgent!! please help!!

hi there! i'll be vague with descriptions atleast for now, but tldr; i'm trying desperately to have multiple photos of me online deleted.

they aren't explicit in nature, which makes it even harder, but i'm rather scared of a post that gone up featuring a picture of me i didn't give consent to anyone posting. the picture was only sent to one person, so now i'm terrified as to how they possibly got it, and over 1,000 people have seen it. so now i need tips on how to erase it from the internet via subs. i've been using this one by shiro realm and this one by diamandis heart. i've also been using v1per's revision + past subliminal and multiple urgency booster subliminals. i even reported the post and everything even though i know it might not do anything. i need help asap. if anyone can share methods or subliminals to help it get taken down please reply. i have stalkers online that i'm scared will see the post and blackmail me. thank you!
