Xfinity Comcast overcharging

Xfinity keeps overcharging. I was supposed to have a 100 refund back to my card, they charged me for installation. My bill should be approx 50 for internet w/free cell svc for year. Ive paid every month and they say its still 100 over. 3 calls to them and I end up w/anxiety attack. Im beside myself.
