Harvest plan for scarlet runner beans if you want the most dried beans at the end of the season

So I saw one similar question but the community didn't really answer him so perhaps I'll get an answer.

If I want the maximum amount of dried beans at the end of the season when should I stop harvesting the young pods or should I harvest them at all. Thanks.
