for context, i’m a returning player who decided to hop back in on a fresh region after.. \*checks notes\* 20 updates. after around 2 weeks of genuine no-lifeing i managed to pull through with a few jades and assemble a proper elation squad with a side of MBlade in process (thankfully only losing 50/50 once). i am currently somewhere in the amphoreus storyline, so there is plenty of jades left uncollected.

my biggest question really is how to plan my save/pull strategy for the coming future? its obvious i have a fully locked & loaded team #1, however the second team is in a shambolic state largely due to the lack of a proper DPS (crutching MBlade as a primary DPS rather hurts). i am aware that Phainon will be rerunning in the second phase of the patch and i suppose he could fill that niche for me, however i’m not so sure if he would be the “ideal” investment here? from what i have seen it’s preferred to have his E2, not to mention that at the moment the only proper teammate of his in my possession would be sparkle (does mblade count??) and his other teammates are either going to have a rerun god knows when or are going to literally be there alongside him which is.. awkward? (cyrene, namely)

i am most likely really over-analyzing this, as well as missing something, but my lack of second team primary DPS options at hand is kind of driving mad and i would like to hear some opinions before i make anything ill regret down the line, thanks <3 😭

well.. where do we go from here 😭
