Mobile twitch smooth chat changed?

Anyone that uses the mobile twitch app had this happen to them or no? Instead of the chat having the motion of going fast then stopping for a second and repeating, chat actively moves and doesn't stop. The motion of the chat also changed. Chat is high key unreadable anyone know how to fix this? thank u gorgeous
