How are freelancers in the UAE/MENA region managing VAT and AED invoicing in Notion?

Been trying to set up a proper freelance management system in Notion but everything I find is built for USD and Western markets. No VAT calculator, no AED formatting, no local company examples.

Curious how others in Dubai or the wider MENA region are handling this are you using Notion or something else entirely?
