Pissed myself while drunk. Is this a sign to stop?

I'm 18 and drink in what I assume is normal moderation for someone my age (a couple of times a week). I've been drinking since I was 14 and have come to realise that I cannot do it casually and I do not know when to stop drinking once I start.

I haven't told anyone I know irl about this because I am too embarrassed but basically. Last night I was out for a family dinner, I had a bit to drink beforehand because I struggle socially (I have autism) and this usually helps loosen me up. I was drinking all through dinner and again when I got home. I cannot remember much about what happened but my sibling told me I was unable to walk and had to crawl to my room, and I woke up this morning to piss all over my floor and clothes. I've binned the clothes and cleaned up now but I am so ashamed and I don't know what to do. This is the first time this has happened but I have also vomited while drunk a couple of times.

I don't know what to do or where to go from here. I don't even really enjoy it anymore but I feel like I am too attached to it to stop as I struggled with self harm for many years and have found that drinking helps ease a lot of that urge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
