L3 Physics Applications

I am doing the 3.2 Application of Physics and my chosen sport is skateboarding. I'm trying to apply the conservation of angular momentum to a pop shuvit but I have no clue how many calculations or how much detail I need to put into my explanation. Can someone please help explain this to me? Thanks!
