Seeking advice for a new board setup. [38YO]

About 2 months ago I started back after 20 years. I got cheap $45 Complete andy macdonald positiv board with mini logo trucks and I guess what are generic bearings and wheels off amazon and it has served me well. Problem is it is only 8" which seems slightly too small for me these days.

So I want to get a proper board and move up to an 8.5". I wear 9.5-10 shoes so I think this will fit better for me. Anyways I am looking at possibly getting a 8.5" flight deck and some indy stage 11 149s. What are your thoughts on these? The main thing I need advice on is wheels and bearings though. I never had much knowledge on them when I skated as a teen. I have been doing some digging and dragon wheels seem like a good fit but I am not sure on what size/hardness to get.

I mostly skate at a small pre-fab park with ok concrete but might hit some street spots from time to time. At the moment mostly doing flat ground stuff and boardslides/grinds on the curb there working my way up to hitting the rails. I appreciate and advice and suggestions.
