Revision to remove nips?

Hi! I am so curious if anyone has done this before. I have already gotten top surgery (double mastectomy). I have fairly large scars in general, and I’ve thought that maybe I would get a revision to try to reduce their size (I’ve been going back and forth about this for years now). If I did that, I’m wondering if I could get my nipples removed. But like… would it also leave a huge scar in their place? Could I cover that scar with tattoos ya think? Has anyone had a double mastectomy and then had their nipples removed after the fact?
