Tolerance is such a bitch

So, please no judgment I already know I fucked up. I’m off the meth for various reasons but mostly because it has a baddd reaction to one of my meds. Now my tolerance for my prescription vyvanse is fucked. The vyvanse barely even touches me. My question is, do I have to take a break from the vyvanse altogether or will my tolerance slowly go back up?
