Finding a job while on felony deferred adjudication

Made a mistake and I am on felony deferred adjudication for possession, my only mark on my criminal history. I have consecutive employment history for 16 years, mostly in tech support, customer service and sales. I know that many of you will say that I deserve this but I am a family man who committed a mistake. I have stopped drinking and smoking. I have worked on myself heavily and continue to do so. I have never been violent but the uncertainty of this situation is causing me heavy stress/anxiety. Does anyone in San Antonio know which companies will hire people on felony deferred or have experience dealing with this situation and coming out okay? Advice, guidance would be appreciated.
