Hey everyone, I’m the dev of **Whispers of the Forest** \- a cozy little idle tower defense RPG.

A few weeks ago I released a huge update that changed a lot of the game and to be honest, the response has been amazing. Since then I’ve been releasing regular smaller updates based on feedback.

Here’s what changed:

* Leaderboards should now work more reliably
* Pets and pet damage effects were improved
* Attack Speed, Freezing Arrow, and Piercing upgrades now scale better
* Gold lootboxes now guarantee an Artifact Card after enough openings.
* Total Stats are clearer and more accurate
* Boss fights, Eternal Wave, Offline Rewards and UI hints got several reliability fixes
* Awakening Stones are slightly more common from lootboxes.
* UI Improvements & Bug fixes
* Store screenshots were updated

I’m also working on more content for future updates: stronger spells(Ultimate Abilities), new legendary affixes, balance patches, new reward systems and of course… more pets.

**A release was not the end for me. It’s just the beginning.**

I’m aiming to ship an update roughly every two weeks. If you want to help shape the game, share feedback or follow development more closely you can join the [Discord](https://discord.gg/zDyygM3c).
