[Looking for an Artist] African Fantasy Novel Inspired by the Kingdom of Edo

Hello everyone,

I'm currently writing a fantasy novel inspired by the historical Kingdom of Edo (present-day Benin, Nigeria).

The story follows a prince born with red eyes and cat-like pupils, feared by his people because priests believe the god Sango marked him at birth. After the death of his twin brother and the poisoning of his father, he unexpectedly becomes king at the age of 22.

The story focuses on political intrigue, royal succession, war, African mythology, family bonds, and the burden of prophecy.

At the moment, I am looking for an artist interested in character design, illustrations, or possibly a future webtoon adaptation.

I don't have a budget right now, so I completely understand if that is a deal breaker. I'm mainly looking for people who might be interested in collaborating, exchanging ideas, or helping bring the world to life.

If you're interested, feel free to comment or send me a message.

Thank you for reading.
