Can some Blademasters block arrows?

I’m extremely new to The Wheel of Time and have only dabbled in the lore from time to time, but I’ve recently become really intrigued by the swordsmanship of Blademasters. One question that keeps nagging at me is whether it has ever been recorded or mentioned that Blademasters such as Lan, Rand, Galad, or Demandred can block arrows in the middle of combat, similar to how Geralt does sometimes in The Witcher series.

Is that something within the realm of what the top Blademasters are capable of, or are arrows generally considered too fast to reliably deflect?
