question about hrt levels?

hi! i've been on hrt for four years now and at one point my testesterone levels were almost 0, but at my most recent appointment they said my t levels were 174? i take 200 mg of spiro twice a day, is it possible it was like a lab error? i know there's other ways to suppress t too, but i don't really know what specifically i could do
