Will the redesigned Zhaitan fight be a repeatable meta in EOTN?

With the announcement that they are redoing the Zhaitan fight in the end of the story mission, does anyone think this means that there will also be a version similar to Dragonstorm that can be experienced in Eye of the North every couple of hours?

Or is it possible, there will be a open world meta like tequatl in the new area in Orr? But that seems unlikely since the new Orr region is about setting up GW3. It might not be related to Zhaitan at all.

Zhaitan is by far, the coolest dragon, and it would be great to have his reworked encounter be something we can do long-term as a meta, and not just in the instanced story.
