Hud mod possibly causing CTD? Need help please.

In my addictol crash logger, The #1 most "Possible Relevant object" is always RSP+50: (HUDMessagesModel*). So im just wondering what could be causing this issue every time i get a CTD? The game runs fine otherwise, but once in a while, at very inconvenient times.
