Any way to unban all users who were banned by a specific moderator?

Android/web

I took over a subreddit a while back and before I took it over, they had a bot that automatically perma banned users if they posted or commented in a certain subreddit. that bot has been removed a while back but I have been getting users asking to be unbanned "I've never even participated in your sub".

is there a way to blanket unban everybody who was banned by that specific user?

what about if I know the ban note reason of "covid disinfo sub"

Anyway to mass unban them?

Thanks.
