New to Reforger

Im brand new to game. How do i know which server to join? Also under official its empty. Thank you.

The game is also having micro stuttering every once in while. I have mid to high end brand new pc, with 1080 165hrz monitor. I tried settings on ultra and high , but still having issue.

I play battlefield 6 , arc raiders on ultra setting 144hrz no issues . Any ideas?
