Why you SHOULD text your ex you miss them

I am speaking from experience. Text them! Not because you expect anything from them, not because they'll change, but because it shows you that they haven't! Give yourself permission to feel the feels, move on! Text them because life is short, you never know. When they don't respond, you have gotten confirmation. Your mind can't play tricks on you, you can't be delusional because you have the proof. Don't be delusional or weird about it, just text them and be real. That's all.
