which GPU/CPU combo to buy for 1440P?

So here’s what I mainly play at:
Resolution: 1440p
Games: FPS shooters: Apex Legends, COD, Fortnite, BF6, Arc Raiders, other similar games.
Single Player: Assassins Creed, Witcher 3, Cyberpunk, RDR2, Borderlands, similar
Streaming: possibly but not required
Ray Tracing: Not required but may dabble a little bit.
Mind you I do also live by a microcenter and looking at the bundles as well
I previously had the 7700X and 7800XT and also had a PS5 Pro and loved it. For GPU I’m looking at the 9060XT, 9070 or 9070XT.
CPU I’m looking at the 9600X, 7500X3D, 7600X3D, 7800X3D.
I’m leaning towards the 9070 but also open to the 9070XT. Just not sure if the extra cost to performance is worth it even with the money I’m saving on a microcenter bundle. Or if the 9060XT would be suffice considering what I had before. Also which brand models to stay away from and aim for.
