Can't sell drugs

Hello, i need y'all help. I'm in the middle of the task given to me by Baal Isidro that tells me i need to sell his portion of weed, but i can't find anyone willing to buy it. Not merchants, not Baal Kagan, not anyone. I'm pretty sure i checked every nook and cranny of the New Camp in search of anyone willing to take it from my hands, and i'm honestly at a loss. If anyone could guide me so i could finally sell that shit i would be eternally grateful
