European towing wiring harness on canadian edition?

I am currently trying to figure out the best way for a wiring harness on my ioniq 6 2025. I would like to have the tow mode option available, but the universal solutions don't have it. So I was thinking to try to source an european kit.

Has anyone tried that? An european wiring harness on north american edition? Does it work? Does it require any programmation?
