Restarting: a bit confused about calories...
So, this might sound strange, but i feel like the caloriecounters are giving me a higher number of calories needed every day than I thought.
So I just want to check. I weigh 71 kg and am 1.55m. I want to go down to 50-54 range. I have been there before but gained it back.
I am lightly active (2 (sometimes times gym per week + running/swimming + walking my dog). Different caloriecounters says I need around 1999 calories a day. So I would have to eat around 1500 to lose weight slowly.
My goal is mainly to find something that works and to keep doing that even when I am at goalweight. So I want to make lifestyle changes. So I want to lose the weight slowly.
I am just very surprised, because I remember when I lost the weight last time I ate around 1200-1300 calories. Is that too low?
I feel like if I would eat around 1500/600 calories I wouldn't lose any weight.
