Does anyone have any idea on the ashwani aeesha apartment

I saw an add on 2bhk for sale for 35Lakhs

Upon asking I was told that the builder ran away in the middle of the project, there is Wing A and Wing B

Wing A is incomplete and needs lift setup, exterior painting, interior painting, club house, swimming pool

But wing B is complete

The owner owns 70 flats, out of which they are selling 35 flags, to get the money and fix the work, so that the value of flat appreciates and they could sell remaining flats for appreciated price
