Is this a common way to feel?
Oh, yippee. Here I am again. I had recently spoken to another trans person online. Someone who, like me, seems to have a lot of self-doubt and fear. The way they described dysphoria seemed weird to me, though. Not in a bad way, just I didn’t think it was supposed to be that severe? They basically said that most of the time, their body doesn’t feel like their own. I’ve never felt this before. My body definitely feels like it’s mine. It just feels like it’s shaped wrong. It kind of made me worried that the dysphoria I experience isn’t what most trans people have. Do most trans people with dysphoria feel like their body isn’t theirs?
